Our Bed&Breakfast in Sirolo, surrounded by green, will offer you a relaxing stay close to nature, but if you prefer the sea, just remember that the Bed&Breakfast is located at just few kms from the amazing beaches of Sirolo! Check the price list for your holiday in Sirolo.

Rooms’ reservations are valid with arrival within 6pm. If you will be arriving later than 6pm, we must be notified in advance. Room booking is considered confirmed with a paid deposit of 30% of the total amount, deductible at the departure, for stays longer than 3 days, and of first night room price for stays shorter than 3 days. Rates include:

• breakfast (8:00-10:00)
• Daily room cleaning service (available only if the rtoom is left by 11:00)
• Use of pool
• Free WI-FI throughout the b & b
• Private parking (not guarded parking spot in the grounds of the bed and breakfast)
• BusLinks with Sirolo beaches.

In rooms is strictly forbidden to smoke.

Check-out: the rooms must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure
Check-In: the rooms are available from 14.00 to 19.00 the day of arrival

For late arrivals guests must advise.

Cancellation policy

Whereas you are not able to make use of your booking, the cancellation policy is the following:

 

• Full deposit refund with at least 30 days prior notice before check-in date.
• Partial deposit refund (half) with at least 15 days prior notice before check-in date.
• No deposit refund within 15 days (or less) notice before check-in date.
